Unsupported operating systems

• Software support containing the latest patches or updates for Lexmark software has ended for the following operating systems:
• Microsoft Windows 7
• Microsoft Windows Vista
• Microsoft Windows XP
• Microsoft Windows Server 2003
• Microsoft has announced official support end dates for these operating systems. Lexmark follows Microsoft Products Support Lifecycle Policy in providing software support for Windows operating systems.

• Go to the Drivers & Downloads page, and then search for your product to view the latest compatible print driver.

What if my printer model is not on the compatibility list?

• If the OS and version are not available, then your printer is NOT supported with this particular version of the OS (e.g., Windows, Macintosh, or Linux). You may have to upgrade your printer to one that is compatible with your operating system.
• We try to provide support for legacy products based on consumer demand and the continued evolution of technology standards. Support for legacy products is eventually withdrawn as we continue to focus on products with new standards and operating system capabilities.
