How to Print the Menu Settings Page on a Lexmark C52x, C53x, or C920 Series Printers

Overview

The printer has the ability to print many types of internal pages without being connected to a computer or to a network. The most useful of these is the Menu Settings Page (also known as an Internal Test Page). This page, or set of pages, shows all the current user settings and code levels on the printer.

Procedure

You will need to use the buttons on the printer's LCD screen. To select and print the menu settings page(s), do the following:

1 Make sure the printer is turned on and in the Ready state.

button to enter the printer menu.

3 Press the

Reports appears on the printer display, and then press
.
4 Press the
button until
Menu Settings Page appears on the display, and then press
.

The words Printing Menu Settings Page will appear on the display as the pages print.

Note: Once the printing of the the menu pages is complete, the printer will automatically return to the Ready state.
