Viewing or printing fax logs on a multifunction printer

This article explains how you can view and/or print your fax logs on the Multifunction Printer (MFP).

Solution

Viewing Your Fax Logs

1. Go to the printer's Web browser.



2. Click on Reports.



3. Click on Fax Job Log or Fax Call Log.

Printing Your Fax Logs

1. Go to the touchscreen of the MFP.



2. Press the Menus key.



3. Press the Reports key.



4. Press Fax Job Log or Fax Call Log.
