Connection Failure: <-11> Cannot resolve server address. |  Incorrect SMTP Server Address  Network communication problem  Printer communication problem
|  Enter the SMTP server address, and test again.  Contact your internet service provider to identify a problem with the wide area network (WAN). Can you access the web?  Test network-printer communication by opening the Embedded Web Server and printing a page or scanning a document to a PC.

Authorization failed <534> | N.A. | Enable your Gmail account access for less secure apps. To do so:  Go to https://support.google.com/accounts/.  Click Account security > Suspicious activity.  Click Allowing less secure apps to access your account.  Under Access your account, click Allow less secure apps.  Select Turn On.

Connection Failure <535> | Username and Password not accepted. | Change username and Password and test again. Again, some ESPs require full email address (hello@yahoo.com) and others require only the beginning Userid (hello) portion of the email address. Passwords are sensitive to spelling, capitalization, and the use of symbols and characters. |
