You can use the Markvision Enterprise Password Utility to create another Admin user.

Browse to the folder where Markvision Enterprise is installed.
For example, C:\Program Files\

Launch the mvepwdutility-windows.exe file in the Lexmark\Markvision Enterprise\ directory.

Select a language, and then click OK > Next.

Select Add User Account > Next.

Enter the user credentials.

Click Next.

Access MVE, and then delete the previous Admin user.
