From the control panel, navigate to Scan Center > Network Folder > Create Network Folder.
Configure the necessary settings.
Log in to the network, and then select Next.
Configure the network folder settings, and then select Done.

Follow these steps to scan a document and save it to your network folder.
Assign a shortcut name to a network folder for convenience and easy recall.
