Remove the tray.
Push the duplex unit latch to open the duplex unit.
Remove the jammed paper.
Note: Make sure that all paper fragments are removed.
Insert the tray.
Remove the toner cartridge and the imaging unit to clear the jammed paper that is stuck behind the front door.
Remove paper that is stuck in the tray to continue printing.
