From the home screen, touch Scan Center.
Note: This application is supported only in some printer models. For more information, see Supported applications.
Select a destination, and then check its settings.
If the printer and destination are in different domains, then your administrator can identify the domain information.
Are your unable to scan documents and save them in your computer? Follow these troubleshooting steps.
Send documents to more than one destination at the same time by using the destinations created in Scan Center.
