Use the correct cable, and then make sure that it is securely connected to the ISP.
Check if the ISP solution interface cable is securely connected to its slot on the controller board.
If the problem persists, then contact customer support.
Checking the parallel or serial interface card for proper installation can help you print again from the computer.
