Parallel or serial interface card does not operate correctly

Try one or more of the following:

  • Print the Menu Settings Page, and then check if the parallel or serial interface card appears in the Installed Features list. From the control panel, navigate to Settings > Reports > Menu Settings Page.
  • Remove, and then reinstall the parallel or serial interface card. For more information, see Installing an internal solutions port.
  • Check the connection between the cable and the parallel or serial interface card.

If the problem persists, then contact customer support.
