Adding available options in the print driver

Open the printers folder.

Select the printer that you want to update, and then do either of the following:

• For Windows 7 or later, select Printer properties.
• For earlier versions, select Properties.

Navigate to the Configuration tab, and then select Update Now ‑ Ask Printer.

Apply the changes.

Open Printers & Scanners.

Click Add Printer, Scanner, or Fax, and then select a printer.

Choose a print driver.

Apply the changes.
