Native Scan to Network job gets cancelled if Device Quotas (DQ) is enabled

Issue description

Native Network Folder job type is not yet supported. Device Quotas (DQ) is getting a null job property which results to DQ canceling the job.

Solution

Use Scan Center (Network Folders) instead of native Scan to Network.
