Solution
Before solving the problem, print the Print Quality Test Pages. From the control panel, navigate to Settings > Troubleshooting > Print Quality Test Pages. For non-touch-screen printer models, press to navigate through the settings.
Perform Color Adjust by navigating to:
- Settings > Print > Quality > Advanced Imaging > Color Adjust
Print the Print Quality Test Pages and check if the issue remains.
If the issue remains, turn off Color Saver by navigating to:
- Settings > Print > Quality > Color Saver
Print another Print Quality Test Pages and check the quality of the print.
