Issue description
When printing from the 2500-sheet tray, the printer registers a 243.36 paper jam error code.

Recommended solution
It was discovered that the main cause of this issue is the incorrect loading of media in the 2500-sheet tray. To resolve this issue, follow the procedures below:

1 | Check the condition of the paper loaded in the 2500-sheet tray. Is the paper properly loaded in the tray? | Issue resolved | See Step 2. |
