When enrolling a printer to the Lexmark Cloud Fleet Management app if the printer’s date and time are incorrect, the printer will fail to enroll. The Printer Enrollment Tool will post the following error message.
A secure connection between the printer and Cloud Fleet Management cannot be established because the printer's date and time are incorrect.
There are two methods to fix the issue:
Note: NTP servers are usually available from domain servers. Publicly-available NTP servers can be found through a web search.
