Troubleshooting and remedy
Check the input tray for a jam or intervention request message.
- If a jam is located, clear the jam, reboot the printer to return to a Ready state.
- If a intervention-request message is identified, then follow the recovery options to continue using the printer.
- Update firmware to FW5 or later to correct this behavior.
