Downtime Assistant ‑ Internal error in Web Application when printing file

Issue description

Internal Error” is displayed on the web page after clicking “Print” on the Downtime Assistant web application.

Solution

This issue is caused by having special characters, primarily “%” and “/”, and/or non-alphanumeric characters in the “Source Report Folder” Name setting and/or in the sub-folder names on the server (if “Maintain Folder Structure” setting is enabled) resulting in parse errors during the automatic page redirect after printing a file.

The solution is to remove the special characters and/or non-alphanumeric characters.
