Overview
This article documents installing and using the Twack_32 app and capturing Lexmark NW Twain and ScanCore logs.
Requirements
Make sure to prepare the following beforehand:
- Twain Group provided Twack_32 app
- Lexmark Twain Driver
- Lexmark printer updated to the latest firmware version

Capturing logs

Open Regedit.

Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Lexmark\NetworkTwain\Logger.

Change the StartLog value to data 1.

Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Lexmark\NetworkTwain\DRS\Logger.

Change the StartLog value to data 1.

Reproduce the scan issue.
Expected Result
The required NetTwain.log and ScanCoreLog.log log files can now be found in the C:\ProgramData folder.
