Printed/copied images present in a gritty dark band in paper feeding direction

Solution

Replace the imaging unit.

To order the imaging unit, follow these steps:

1. Go to Lexmark.com.



2. Click Supplies & Accessories. In the dropdown menu, click Find Supplies.



3. In the search bar, type the printer model or supploes part number. Click Find my supplies.



4. In the product page, scroll down and look for the Supplies tab.



5. Choose the product to order and Add to Cart.
