Solution
Make sure to follow any of the recommended steps to resolve this print quality issue:
- Make sure that the printer is in an area that follows the recommended operating environment and power requirement specifications.
- Make sure that the paper is loaded from a fresh package. Specify the orientation of the original document.
- Remember to remove all the packing material from inside the printer, toner cartridges, and imaging unit.
