Issue description
A 653.73 paper jam error code appears even if there is no paper in the print path.
This error can occur during printer start-up, warm-up, or after finishing a print job.
It can also occur after opening and closing Door B.
Solution
This issue can occur when the printer is running in a cold and dry environment (low temperature and humidity) which causes the printer not to lift or retract properly.
Open Door B to clear the jam error, then close the door and reprint the job.
