200.23, 200.33, 200.43, or 200.53 paper jam error codes when using pre-punched paper

Issue description

The printer falsely detects paper jams when using pre-punched paper. As a result, the paper stops in the middle of the paper path with little or no paper damage, and a 200.23, 200.33, 200.43, or 200.53 paper jam error code appears.

Solution

1. Follow the steps in entering the Diagnostics menu in MobileTech.



2. Navigate to Printer Setup > Engine Setting [X].



3. Select Engine Setting 24.



4. Change the value to 1. The default value is 0.



5. Click OK.



6. Repeat the print job and check if the issue reoccurs.
