Early 82.32 “Waste Toner Bottle Full” error code

Issue description

An 82.32 Waste Toner Bottle Full error code appears but when checked, the waste toner bottle does not feel full.

The waste toner bottle may have been laid on its back, causing the toner to build up toward the sensor.

Possible cause:

• A defective toner cartridge results from damage or temperatures that are too high or too low.

Solution

1. Remove the waste toner bottle.



2. Hold the waste toner bottle upright, and then tip it forward and tap the sides and bottom edge.



3. When the bottle is removed from the printer, make sure to place the bottle in an upright position.



4. Insert the waste toner bottle back into the printer.



5. Check if the error code reappears.
