Bottom stack paper gets caught on the tray edge guides

Issue description

Loading paper into the tray before adjusting the paper guides causes paper at the bottom of the stack to get caught and damaged.

The damaged paper can cause paper jams or copy defects.

Solution

Strictly follow the “Set and load” recommended media loading method.

Notes:

• Adjust the guides to the correct paper size (1 and 2) before loading the paper into the tray (3).
• Discard any damaged paper caught by the guides to prevent jams.
