Install a new cartridge to rectify the issue. If a spare cartridge is not available or the issue persists after installing a new cartridge, sending a 740_143_062_writenvm.pjl file to the printer will fix it.

Once you obtain the file, you may proceed and send the file by following the same steps in updating the firmware.
Note: Make sure the printer is in a "Ready" state when you send the file to it. The printer will apply the changes and then reboot itself.

When the printer is back in "Ready" state, print the device statistics page again. Check whether the missing information about the cartridges is now available.
