Issue Description:
The printer posts a 203.03 Paper jam error and the media stops in the rear door. The paper jam usually happens when a narrow media is being used.

Solution:
Check first the width of the media that you are using. If the width is less than 168mm (6 5/8 inches), proceed with the options below:
- If you are using a STANDARD size media, set the “Auto Size” setting of the printer to “Auto”. To do this, you need to access the printer’s Configuration Menu.

Power off the printer.

Press and hold the 2 and 6 buttons simultaneously and then power on the printer.
Note: The printer will boot to the Configuration Menu.

Select “Size Sensing”.

Change the appropriate tray from “Off” to “Auto”.

Press Ok to submit the changes.

Select “Exit Configuration Menu”.
- If you are using a NON-STANDARD size media, verify first whether the printer's “Auto Size” setting is set to “Off”

Power off the printer.

Press and hold the 2 and 6 buttons simultaneously and then power on the printer.
Note: The printer will boot to the Configuration Menu.

Select “Size Sensing”.

Check the appropriate tray and see if it is set to “Off”. Set the value to “Off,” if necessary.

Press Ok to submit the changes.

Select “Exit Configuration Menu”.
Once “Auto Size” setting is set to “Off” proceed with the procedure below to customize the size setting of the printer.

Settings > Paper Menu > Universal Setup > Select “Portrait Width”

Use the Left or Right arrow keys (<>) to adjust the value.

Press Ok to submit the changes.

Repeat Steps 2 & 3 to adjust the “Portrait Height,” if necessary.
Finally, adjust the Paper Size setting of the source tray being used.

Settings > Paper Menu > Paper Size/Type > Tray (number) Size

Select the appropriate size.
