Boot the printer to its Configuration Menu. To do this:

Power OFF the printer.

For CS410, CS510, CX310, CX410, CX510
- Press and hold 2 & 6 buttons.

Power ON the printer.

Release the buttons after ten seconds.

Scroll to "Fuser Cleaning Process".

Select "Print Cleaning Pages".
Note: The "Print Cleaning" pages will print and have instructions on them to place the pages face down in Tray 1. Please follow these instructions before proceeding to the next step.

Select "Start Cleaning Process." The printer will run the pages back through to help clean the fuser.

Turn the printer off and back on (do not hold down any buttons).
