Sample Output Copy
Possible Cause:
It is most likely that you are copying from the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) with the “Adjust ADF Skew” setting ON.
NOTE:
This setting should be off by default. The following examples show the difference with the copy results when "Adjust ADF Skew" is ON and OFF.
Resulting copy: Adjust ADF Skew = OFF
Resulting copy: Adjust ADF Skew = ON
Solution:
There are two ways to avoid getting this kind of output copy.
Resolution 1. Turn OFF "Adjust ADF Skew."
To do this, navigate through Settings > Copy > Admin Controls > Adjust ADF Skew > Select OFF.
Resolution 2. Copy the original using the scanner flatbed.
Note:
The "Adjust ADF Skew" setting does not apply to copies using the flatbed.
