Procedure:
To update the Firmware or eSF applications on enrolled printers in the Lexmark Cloud Fleet Management, it is best to create a new configuration with the updated Firmware or eSF applications.
Update eSF Applications
In updating eSF applications, creating a new configuration provides a means of easily tracking which printers have been updated. To do this,

Log in to the Lexmark Cloud portal and click the Info icon at the top right of the page.

On the Lexmark Cloud Service Information Center expand the Fleet Management section.

Scroll down to the Configuration topics and review as needed.
Update Firmware Versions
It is recommended that the printer Firmware is kept up to the latest recommended version. Note: If a PE released firmware is being deployed, it must be added as a resource in the Fleet Management portal before it can be deployed.
If a PE released firmware is being chosen, review the release notes listed. Note: When accessing the firmware download links, the system will ask you to log in. Use your Lexmark login credentials to proceed.
