Toner Level Information Not Returned in MarkVision Professional

• "Unknown" percentage for toner level:
• Wait until some pages have been printed before checking the toner level.
• Device Incapable of Task message received for toner level:
• The only solution is to use the Toner Low warning. For example, the W820 has no toner sensor to evaluate the percentage of toner remaining, but it counts printed pages (usi ng 5% coverage for all) to evaluate the number of remaining pages that can be printed before the warning is raised.
