What you will see

The printer's Scan to E-mail function work when sending it via Port 465 or 587 with SSL/TLS required. However, when the E-mail SMTP settings is configured in the Lexmark Markvision Enterprise (MVE) using the aforementioned ports and click test, no MVE test email is received.

Solution

Currently, SSL/TLS is not supported in Markvision Enterprise versions 3.2.1 and below. Using another SMTP server that does not require SSL/TLS (i.e., port 25) will fix the issue.
