Quotas Remaining show as negative values in Cloud Print Management.

Issue description

Quota Remaining may show as negative value in the Cloud Print Management’s User Quota Status page. See the example below.

Solution

There are a couple of scenarios where the quota can become negative.

  1. For Direct Print, we do not block the printing, so if user quota has ran out or exceeded, then subsequent prints will lead to negative quota.

  2. Quota modification can lead to negative quota. For example, a user has a total quota of 20 and 2 is remaining. If the administrator decides to modify the total quota to 10, then it will show the negative value for remaining.

If the issue persists, search for more information related to this issue or contact support for further assistance.

Note:  If the user has been assigned Personal and Department or Cost Center quotas, Personal quotas take precedence.
