Overview:
Using the Lexmark Cloud Services (LCS) on a device with Device Usage and Print Release apps installed, the user has observed that:
There are two Print job history records for each print job.
The Print quota is counted twice when printing or copying.
Solution:
To resolve this issue, make sure to update the "Device Usage" settings by removing the check under the "Track Copy" option.
Explanation:
The Device Usage and Print Release apps are updating reports and quota for each job, which is why Copy/Print jobs are being counted twice.
