Print jobs are not shown in the Print Release app when using the Hybrid Cloud Print Management Driver

When using the Hybrid Cloud Print Management driver, print jobs are not appearing on the Print Release app in the printer.

The printer and computer, where you are printing from, does not have to be on the same subnet, but the printer must be able to establish an SSL connection with the computer you are printing from.
