Solution
The Fleet Agent supports the use of a Context Name with SNMP v3 for compatibility with 3rd-party printers.
However, Lexmark printers with Firmware versions older than xxx.074.xxxx does not support a Context Name.
To discover printers when using an SNMP v3 profile do either of the following:
- Update the Lexmark printer’s firmware to xxx.074.xxxx or greater.
- Remove the Context Name setting from the Fleet Agent’s SNMP profile.
- Separate Fleet Agent SNMP profiles can be created with and without specifying a Context Name
