No staple present on paper after staple operation

Issue description

This ‘dry’ staple operation continues and never end.

Solution

To resolve this issue, refer to the following steps:

• Remove the staple cartridge and replace it with new one.
• End user must order the staple cartridge (40X8149) for replacement.
• This part does not require tools for the replacement.
• The following image is the procedure for replacing the staple cartridge.
