Overview
A “There are no print jobs” message displays on the control panel when you log in and try to release a print job on any of the printers listed below having Lexmark Print Management (LPM) Serverless. This happens upon initial badge or manual login after app installation or printer reboot.
Affected products
NOTE: An x denotes any number within a given printer model series.
Recommended solution
To be able to release jobs on the preceding list of printers, log out, and then log in again.
