Issue description
Internet pictures saved as JPEG or PDFs, and then when printed, generate a postscript error with secondary crash error information "ERROR: undefined OFFENDING COMMAND: .11.3 STACK: " and ".11.3 (Build 15d21) Quartz PS Context)".
Affected products
This issue was first seen when printing from an Apple Mac OSX 10.11.3 environment on a Lexmark C935; however, printers with similar firmware architecture may exhibit this issue.
Solution
To resolve this issue, update the printer firmware level to the latest version.
