MS Word Printing Options Not Working for Envelopes

Paper is pulled from the wrong tray when the correct envelope feed direction and feed source (MP Feeder) settings are selected.

NOTE: This illustration is not representative of how the envelope(s) should be physically loaded into the MP feeder. You should continue loading envelopes face down, long edge first, center position, and only change the MS Word settings circled in the screen image.

MS Word is unable to adjust to the feed and rotation characteristics of all printers.

Please contact Lexmark Technical Support for additional assistance. NOTE: When calling for support, you will need to know your printer model type and serial number. Please call from near the printer and computer in case the technician asks you to perform a task involving one of these devices.
