Lexmark Cloud Services
Unable to enroll a device in Cloud Fleet Management because of the missing options ‘Enroll Printer’ or ‘Get Enrollment Code’ in the printer panel menu. These menus are located on the panel by going to ‘Settings-Cloud Services’. See example below.
Check that your device has a network connection by following the steps below:
Go to the printer panel and select:
Settings > Network > Network Setup Page
Note: The printed Network Setup Page will display the Card Status and IP Address.
Check that the Card Status = ‘Connected’ and the IP Address is valid.
Click here to see sample image of the Network Setup page.
If Card Status is not connected or IP address is not valid, please contact your IT department for assistance to check for any network equipment (routers, wall switches/ports, hubs) or configuration issues (DHCP, firewalls).
If the Card Status says ‘Connected’ and IP address is valid:
Go to Settings > Cloud Services > Enable Connection with Lexmark Cloud Services.
Set it to OFF, and turn it back to ON after a few seconds.
Click here to see image of the Cloud Serivces menu.
Restart (power off and on) the device.
Once the device is back to ready, go to Settings > Cloud Services and confirm that the Enroll Printer or Get Enrollment Code options are present.
If issue is not resolved, please contact Lexmark Cloud Services Technical Support for assistance.
