Export Settings UCF or Export Configuration VCC ZIP File This contains the configuration on how the printer's base settings are set up. | ![](https://publications.lexmark.com/media/ids_assets/images/transparent.png) Open the printer's EWS via a web browser (e.g., Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome). ![](https://publications.lexmark.com/media/ids_assets/images/transparent.png) Enter the printer's IP address(e.g., http://192.168.1.2). ![](https://publications.lexmark.com/media/ids_assets/images/transparent.png) For printers released after 2015, click the Export Configuration button, select All Settings and save the exported .zip file. ![](https://publications.lexmark.com/media/ids_assets/images/transparent.png) For printers released prior to 2015, select Settings. ![](https://publications.lexmark.com/media/ids_assets/images/transparent.png) Click on Import/Export, and then click on Export Settings File. Repeat this procedure for Security Setups, Embedded Solutions Settings, and Shortcuts. ![](https://publications.lexmark.com/media/ids_assets/images/transparent.png) For detailed instructions, refer to Exporting and importing user-defined configuration settings.

Logs folder This folder contains all DDU related logs. | Capture these log files immediately after reproducing the problem. ![](https://publications.lexmark.com/media/ids_assets/images/transparent.png) Locate the DDU install directory. This is the location where the application ZIP file was extracted. Under the application directory, locate the BIN\Logs directory. For example, C:\ddu-2.11.0.143\bin\logs. ![](https://publications.lexmark.com/media/ids_assets/images/transparent.png) Add all the relevant files to a ZIP archive and send it to Lexmark Technical Support.
