Overview
When you scan to a network profile and perform a second scan to the same destination and then change the filename, pressing any keys thereafter to enter another filename will result to repeated characters. This happens on every key press or key stroke.
Explanation
This behavior is evident when using Scan to Network (SNF) version 3.7.6ONLY.
Recommended Action
Lexmark recommends users to install SNF version 3.8.2 or later. Please contact Lexmark Technical Support to obtain the updated SNF application version.
