When using a Scan shortcut that points to a subfolder, and the physical Scan button is pressed, the scan output file appears in the incorrect folder (usually the root folder), instead of the folder pointed to by the Scan shortcut.
This is a known issue which will be addressed in a future release. The following workarounds may be done:
Use the on-screen Scan button instead of the physical button.
Do not use the shortcut. Instead, navigate to the desired folder and scan from there.
If the issue persists, search for more information related to this issue or contact support for further assistance.
