Open Door B.

Remove the Waste Toner Bottle.
Unplug green cable.
Remove the imaging kit. Pull the unit out of the device and set on flat surface.
Remove the toner cartridge then remove the affected color’s developer unit from the imaging kit by pulling the unit out of the imaging kit.
Reinstall the developer unit.
Press the pogo pin contact of the affected color to ensure it springs back out.
Reinstall the imaging kit and plug in the green cable.
Insert the Waste Toner Bottle then close Door A and Door B.
Perform a test print and check if the issue persists.
