Issue description
You may encounter a paper jam issue when printing from the high capacity input tray (HCIT) that is caused by a missing 3000-sheet tray caster wheel located in the front-left part of the assembly.

Explanation
The uneven level or the incorrect height of the HCIT basically causes this issue. Anything which modifies the height/levelness of the HCIT can cause this type of paper jam. Other scenarios include the uneven installation of the brackets and damaged printer parts.
