What you will see
Double Byte Character Set (DBCS) fonts are missing or may not be printed properly. This is prevalent with MS410d and MS410dn printer models that are running EC3 firmware (LW30.PRL.P328).
How to confirm missing fonts
A clear indication that the fonts are missing occurs when these fonts do not appear on the print out when you print a Menu Settings page. The images below show sample Menu Settings pages from printers both with and without DBCS fonts.

Suggested Remedy
To correct the missing DBCS issue, click the link to download the LW30.PRL.P328.updfonts.zip firmware and then proceed with any of the options below to perform the update to your printer.
