Solution
To clear the error, power off the printer and wait for ten seconds before you power it back on.
- If the printer does not reproduce the error, the issue is resolved.
- If the issue repeatedly occurs after several attempts of restarting the printer, please contact Lexmark Technical Support to set up service for the printer.
- When a finishing option (e.g., Stapler) is installed and Sleep Mode is enabled, and then the printer encounters the 111.50 Service Printhead error.
