What you will see
The printer posts an intervention message “Wait for 10 seconds before powering on the device” during printing process.
Suggested Remedy
Typically there is no service or parts required to fix this issue. It is recommended to update the printer's firmware to code level EC4 or the latest. See Checking the latest Lexmark printer firmware.
