Scan to Network version 3.3.1 is unable to display more than 100 folders on any MFP for a given single SNF profile.
Suggested Remedy
The predetermined value of 100 folders per profile can only be increased by submitting a special product request (SPR*) with your account representative.
* Additional fees may apply. Requests are granted based on several factors, including cost, complexity, and possible side-effects regarding other MFP functions.
Explanation
The amount of memory allocated for the number of folders-per-profile is determined by hardware(MFP) memory resources. Memory-exception errors could result if these resources are exceeded. Please click the illustration below to enlarge the example.
