Solution
Note: Make sure that the Color Correction is set to Auto.
To correct the issue, power off the printer and wait for ten seconds before powering it back on. Do this procedure 3 – 5 times to allow the printer to perform the Auto Color Correction and Alignment process.
By default, the Color Correction and Alignment is set to Auto. If the printer does not perform the process during power up, it could have been set to “manual”. To change this setting, navigate through:
Menus > Settings > Print Settings > Quality Menu.
Look for the option “Color Correction” and use the scroll left and scroll right buttons to change the setting to “Auto”.
Press the Submit button to apply the changes.
If the issue persists, search for more information related to this issue or contact support for further assistance.
